Shipping information
We have teamed up with Amazon.com to offer you the best
shipping rates and delivery times possible.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so be sure to check Amazon's our shipping restrictions page.
Delivery time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary page.
Calculating cost
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our shipping charges are one of the lowest in the industry. There are always several shipping options available, including free shipment in some cases.
Return Policy
Because we use Amazon shipping and order fulfillment process you may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Amazon will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit Amazon's online Returns Center, and they will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Amazon.com to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Amazon.com to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Amazon will notify you via e-mail of your refund once they have received and processed the returned item.
