« So far, so good »
So far, I've only used the printer for basic printing...no photos or lots of color. And my general output is a bit low right now, so I haven't run the printer through the normal paces yet. But, to date, I like it and hope it continues to perform when I gear up for heavier printing jobs.

« Love it Hate it! »
I bought this printer thinking I would start saving some money. So far, I have not. It eats ink like candy bars and will sometimes mess up the pictures. I seem to have alot of trouble with it reprinting pictures to, so I have tons of doubles that I don't need. The ink is really exspensive and the paper is to. i almost wish I hadn't bought it and was still going to the store to do it. But then I weigh it out with the fact that I like having the convenience of printing pics at home whenever I feel like it.

« Check out set up before you buy »
This printer does everything. I checked out the "copy" and "print." I am not sure how the fax will work yet. The print quality seems soimewhat better than the Epson C84 I used earlier.

Setting up this printer was a nightmare. I wanted to connect wirelessly. Each time I followed directions but kept getting errors. I used Kodak's chat option. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable. They even spoke Mac.

However, it took 3 long sessoins to figure out the problem. I use Qwest (currently) as my ISP. Qwest set me up with an Actiontec router that doesn't work with this printer. I had to get a cable which for some reason doesn't come with this printer. I can't fathom why: I could get one online for less than $10 and Kodak could buy them in quantity.

Once hooked up via USB cable, the printer worked just fine. You have to go into System Preferences folder but on a Mac, it's easy.

So when you order this printer, first ask Kodak if it's compatible with your router, if you want to go wireless. Then get a 6-foot AB cable just in case.

    « Kodak ESP 7250 All-in-One Printer »
This printer is what Kodak calls "all-in-one". It scans, copies and prints.

    Installation:
Took awhile, but was easy to complete. I connected it to my computer using the wireless "WIFI" connection, using this the printer located my router, I entered the WEP security code and it connected. As the software installed, it also automatically updated the firmware via internet.

    Kodak AIO Home Center Software:
The printer software is easy to use and similar to other photo editing software. The commands are self explanatory. The menus are designed well and flow in a step by step manner.

    Print & Edit Photos:
Features include "Kodak Perfect Touch", which automatically corrects and enhances a photo. There is also a red eye correction, color restoration and sharpening and facial retouch, crop. More adjustments include, brightness, contrast, saturation, shadows, midtones and highlights.

    Projet Center and Tips:
This selection brings up a Kodak website including The Kodak Gallery for online photo sharing, projects and if you want to ordering gifts from photographs.
This website includes a help center.

The LED display clearly and brightly displays the easy to use functions and another great plus is that the ink dries instantly and is water resistant.

Of course it saves ink. The replacement cartridges for both black and color inks cost about 27.00 dollars, which is a great price.

If you need to replace your printer/scanner, this is an ideal choice, one that you'll be very happy to own and operate. This is a very high quality printer, scanner copier, One that I absolutely could not recommend more highly.

« More bang for the buck »
I have owned a number of printers and this printer is the best of the lot. Not only is the ink inexpensive, it lasts a long time. Photos come out with laboratory like quality with colors that seem to bring the photo to life. The two sided print capability is a paper and time saver (one doesn't have to figure out how to place to paper in the tray to print the second side.) Over all, the printer gives you more bang for the buck than others in its price range.
